OUR PLANT AND EQUIPMENT INCLUDES...

35,000 sq. ft. fully enclosed manufacturing facility with a 6,000 sq. ft. office complex all on a 2 acre site 20 minutes from downtown Portland and 3 miles off the I-5 freeway.
Well equipped engineering and production support office all operating on networked PC's running the latest versions of AUTOCAD and business support software.
Material handling via overhead cranes and heavy tonnage forklifts.
Press brake - 175 ton, 144" bed, 1/4" X 10' & larger thickness X shorter lengths.
Rolling - plate/sheet up to 8' lengths.
Shearing - 10' bed, up to 1/4" thickness mild steel or 3/16" stainless.
Welding - capable of performing all major arc welding processes:

GMAW, GTAW, FCAW, SMAW (Tig, Mig and Stick).

Laser Cutting- Capacity to 3/8" thickness; Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Plastic and most any other materials required.
